Client Service Agreement

This Client Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between ColtNode ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") and you, the client ("Client", "you", or "your") who purchases or subscribes to any game server hosting service provided by ColtNode. By purchasing any service from ColtNode, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Billing & Payment

  • Auto-Billing: All services are billed automatically on a monthly recurring basis using the payment method you provide at checkout.
  • Payment Date: Your billing cycle starts on the day of initial purchase and renews every 30 days.
  • Failed Payments: If your payment fails, services may be suspended after 24 hours and terminated after 3 days of non-payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your service at any time, but must provide at least 7 days’ notice before your next renewal date.
  • Cancellations must be submitted via email to support@coltnode.com or through our support channels (e.g., Discord or Client Portal).
  • If cancellation notice is not given in time, the next billing cycle will proceed and no refunds will be issued.

3. Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Any actions taken from your account are your responsibility. We recommend using strong passwords and enabling 2FA where available.

4. Fair Use Policy

  • Game servers must not be used to engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to: DDoS attacks, phishing, distribution of pirated content, or cheating services.
  • Excessive use of CPU, memory, or bandwidth may result in temporary throttling or suspension.

5. Refund Policy

  • We offer no refunds for monthly services except where required by law.
  • All services are prepaid and considered non-refundable, including in the case of early cancellation.
  • Exceptions may apply in rare circumstances and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • ColtNode strives to provide 99.9% uptime on all hosting services.
  • Maintenance or unexpected outages will be announced when possible.
  • Compensation for downtime is limited and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Modifications to This Agreement

  • We may update this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
  • Continued use of services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
